Michael Bugielski MBA, MS, USAW, CSCS*D, RCSS*D is a former tactical strength and performance specialist for the Department of the Army and the Department of the Air Force.  He holds a Master of Science Degree in Kinesiology, as well as a Master's Degree in Business Administration.  By focusing on improving the mind-body connection, he strives to assist all people in achieving all they can be.  Michael is an ethical and passionate professional with decades of experience coaching others and achieving real results. His ability to uncover deep-rooted issues, and his pragmatic personality, led him to turn his love for assisting others into his career.  

Michael is the type of person you go to when feeling stagnant, uninspired, or directionless. He quickly tunes into the heart of the matter and asks probing questions to clarify what is most important to you. Through his process of support, guided introspection, and empathy, you will feel understood, gain more clarity, and focus on a clear path to pursue.

A WORD FROM MICHAEL

For over 25 years, I have been helping people achieve. Whether that be an athletic accomplishment, an educational decision, pushing through a family dilemma, or just giving professional, friendly advice, I've always wanted people to strive and be their best. I've always wanted to help people, to nurture them, and to foster that internal growth that everyone has but many have failed to develop. 

It's always been my belief that I have been put on this earth to help people, help others, teach, mentor, guide, and help people achieve more than they thought possible. Seeing someone accomplish more than they believed, achieving more than they thought possible, is what drives me to continue helping humankind. I do it for you because the reward I receive from helping someone become more than they imagined, goes beyond anything financial. Helping others achieve, completes my soul. 

I have been fortunate to have mentored, coached, and lectured to professional athletes, Olympic athletes, military forces, soccer moms, businesses, people in work transitions, college students, adolescent students, middle school children, and youthful senior citizens.  

I found that it doesn't matter what you do, if the name on your shirt is stitched on, or is printed on a business card, or if you have the toughest job in the world (being a parent) everyone has the same struggles. We simply deceive ourselves that everything is going just the way we planned. People don't want to live a life of deception; people want to be the best versions of themselves and live the lives they have always wanted to live.
